Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult – that’s why I’m here for you with more than 35 years of successful experience in therapy and counseling. I take into account mind, body and spirit. Typically, we will explore self-esteem, relationships, career and life transitions. I take an empathetic and a non-judgmental approach and work with you in a creative, insightful way to address the issues that are most important to you.
These can be troubling, challenging days for many people. I’ll work closely with you to examine the life experiences that may be impacting you such as: stress, depression or illness, major life changes including marital and sexual problems, career and job changes. Practicality and objectivity is essential in the counseling relationship. This means that I meet you with no specific agenda. I am here to listen to who you are and what you need. Then we will work together to get you back on track as quickly as possible and move your life forward in the direction you want to take it.
